Recently, I joined several international guests from Bolivia, Azerbaijan, and Brazil on an exploration along the Central Axis of Beijing, a journey through the heart of China’s history and culture.

Among them: a first-time visitor fascinated by Chinese culture and considering studying here; a seasoned “China expert” who has spent years researching the country; and a longtime resident who has called Beijing home for over a decade.
